Terms of service
Last updated 23 October 2026
Draft for legal review. This text has not yet been checked by a lawyer and may change before launch.
These terms cover your use of Katzero, an AI website design service operated from Cairo, Egypt. By creating an account you agree to them.
The beta
Katzero is in beta. Features, limits and models may change. We'll do our best to keep your work safe, but please keep copies of anything important.
Your account
Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live.
Your content
You own the prompts you write, the images you upload and the sites Katzero generates for you. You give us the permission we need to store, process, preview and publish them for you.
AI output can be wrong or resemble existing work. Review your site before publishing, and make sure you have the rights to the text and images you use.
AI generated content
Sites are written by AI models from your prompts. Output can be wrong, similar to other work, or not fit for your purpose. Check text, prices, claims and images before you publish, and make sure you have the rights to anything you upload. You are responsible for what you publish.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the acceptable use policy. We may remove sites or suspend accounts that break it.
Prices
Pricing is being finalized. All prices on Katzero will be in Egyptian pounds (EGP). We'll tell you before any charge applies to your account.
Subdomains
Published addresses on katzero.com are provided for as long as your site follows these terms. Some names are reserved. We may reclaim a name that impersonates others or misleads visitors.
Liability
Katzero is provided as is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for lost data, profit or business.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are handled by the competent courts of Cairo.
