Draft for legal review. This text has not yet been checked by a lawyer and may change before launch.
This policy explains what Katzero collects, why, and what you can do about it. Katzero is operated from Cairo, Egypt. Questions go to support@katzero.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password.
- Your work: prompts, conversation messages, generated files, versions and images you attach.
- Usage: which model you used, when, token counts and whether a request succeeded.
- Technical data: basic request logs needed to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To generate, store, preview and publish your sites.
- To enforce beta limits and protect the service from abuse.
- To answer you when you contact support.
We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.
AI processing
To create and edit sites, Katzero sends your prompt and the relevant parts of your project to third-party AI model providers, through a model routing service. They process this content to return a response. We send only what a request needs.
Published sites
Anything you publish is public. Preview links are unlisted and marked so search engines don't index them, but anyone with a preview link can open it.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers. We keep it while your account is active. When you delete a project it is removed from your account and its live site stops working; backups expire on a rolling basis.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small preference cookie so pages know whether to show “Dashboard”. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by writing to support@katzero.com from your account email.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
